£99.97 plus VAT/$199.97/€139.97 for the first 12 months, followed by an annual renewal fee of £39.99 plus VAT/$79/€49.
An optional monthly fee of £14.95 plus VAT/$29.95/€18.95 will be charged for full access to the "uVme Virtual Back Office Tools".
Is there a commission withdrawal charge?
- There are charges for withdrawing commission depending on the withdrawal method you choose.
- The withdrawal charge is £1.50/€2.00/$2.00 per transaction for uVme debit cards.
Why is there a withdrawal charge?
This is to cover the administration service implied by the payment service provider companies.
Why does my Fast Start Bonus show in three currencies?
Your commissions show in the currency of the Associate from whom you earned the bonus.
Why can’t I access "Instant Pay" instantly?
We offer a 14-day "cooling-off period" for all new Associates; therefore you cannot access your FSB for the first 15 days after your new Associate has joined. In order to receive commissions you must verify your Account.
Can I transfer money to other Associates?
You can purchase a uVme voucher for any amount and send to your uVme Members to use.
What is the optional Licence Fee for?
The optional licence fee is for access to the business-building tools, to promote your site.
How are we paid?
Via your e-wallet.
Are my commissions paid into my e-wallet?
Yes.
How do I withdraw my money?
By selecting "withdrawal" and following the instructions on the page to credit your saved payment method.
How do I contact my lower levels?
Via the genealogy email facility, and the IM.
Where can I see my "Active" Associates?
Log in to your .biz site, select "Genealogy" and then "Search", and use the search filters to narrow down your requirements, ensuring your set "Status" dropdown to "Qualified Active".
What languages do you support?
English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian.
Where can I find tools to promote my business?
In the "Marketing" section there are many downloadable tools that you can use to promote your site.
How do I verify my membership?
Log in to your .biz site, select "My Account" and then "Account Verification". From there you will have to input the two amounts that appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Why do I have to verify my membership?
This is a security measure to ensure our members have access to the statement of the card they used to pay their licence fees.
